4.2 Payment Processors

We use Creem and Stripe to process payments. When you make a purchase, your payment information is collected and processed directly by these payment processors in accordance with their respective privacy policies. 4.3 Cloud Storage Providers

We use cloud storage services to securely store your uploaded content and generated videos. These providers maintain industry-standard security practices and certifications to protect your data at rest and in transit.

These tools collect anonymized or pseudonymized usage data to help us analyze trends, track feature adoption, and improve the overall user experience. 5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. Specifically:

Account information is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
Generated videos and uploaded content are retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual videos at any time through your dashboard. Upon account deletion, all associated content will be removed within 30 days.
Payment and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years after the transaction date to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
Usage data and logs are generally retained for up to 12 months for analytics and security purposes, after which they are aggregated or deleted.
Credit packages have individual expiration dates as specified at the time of purchase or grant. Expired credits are recorded in your transaction history but are no longer usable.

We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our security measures include:
